It’s an easy four-step process for you

1) Your lease account data is transferred to Great American Insurance Group through an
    automated data exchange between your system and ours.

2) Tracking begins, and if proper insurance is not verified, equipment coverage
    automatically goes into effect — broader coverage than a standard business
    policy provides.

3) Your customer receives notification by mail about the insurance enrollment.

4) Your customer does nothing, which is often the case, and the insurance enrollment
    remains in place OR your customer provides proof of their own insurance, and the
    insurance is cancelled.

It’s easy for your customer

We make it easy for your customer to keep the coverage — no additional contract to sign or application to fill out. Plus, there is no separate bill for them to pay — the insurance charge is included on their invoice or direct debit. Our full-service, automated insurance solution also tracks the customer's own insurance. The customer can cancel coverage at any time by sending or emailing their insurance certificate or have their agent provide the insurance information by phone or over the Intranet.
